Case Studies
Peter Deer & Associates undertook the development of a listed Victorian building to transform it into small office units from an existing warehouse structure. Phase 1 focused on infrastructure and plant access decks, along with services risers, enabling small businesses to lease varying amounts of space at competitive rates and on short-term leases. The project’s success has established it as a hub for media and IT support companies seeking a flexible and dynamic workspace solution. The adaptive reuse of the historic building not only preserved its architectural heritage but also revitalized it into a thriving commercial center, demonstrating our expertise in blending modern functionality with historic preservation.
